Custom QR codes
Standard QR codes can be an ugly part of product labelling or your design. We can make your QR code with colour and logos to better match your brand image.
If you have a good designer, they can modify the QR codes for you. However, this is often expensive, and sometimes they can inadvertently damage the actual QR code so that it won’t scan.
We have dedicated designers that can provide custom QR code designs for you.
This product includes;
- a static or dynamic QR code (see below for the difference between static and dynamic)
- QR code images design in 3 formats (SVG, eps, pdf and png)
In the comments box on the checkout page, tell us about your company’s brand and how you will be using the QR code. Let us know the colours you want. Please email us your logo as a png or jpeg file. Then our designers can create a custom QR code for you.
Any extra design time is £12 per hour.
This example shows the same QR code in original and customised versions.
There are limits to the changes we can make to a QR code, as the overriding aim is to maintain its ability to be scanned. We can introduce two colours (with gradients), add a custom logo to the centre and alter the QR code’s foreground elements.

What’s the difference between Static and Dynamic QR codes?
STATIC QR Codes
Static QR codes encode your URL directly in the QR code. They are permanent. Static QR codes will work as long as your website URL doesn’t change. They have unlimited scans. Static QR codes can have other functions, such as sending an email or SMS message.DYNAMIC QR Codes
These use our Dynamic QR Code service. This enables the target URL to be changed repeatedly in the future if required.Unlimited scans: Scans of the Dynamic QR Code are UNLIMITED so long as you don’t abuse the QR code with millions of scans that cause technical problems such as crashed servers.
Functions for life: The Dynamic QR Code, with its redirection capability, will function for two years and will continue to function thereafter for as long as you pay a small hosting fee of £15 after two years.
FREE Unlimited redirection of the target URL: Redirect the target URL as often as you want via our customer portal.
Two years tracking: You can order two years of tracking.

ITF-14 Carton Code barcode image
Image for the outside of a carton containing a quantity of your retail product – based on your EAN-13 retail barcode number. The ITF-14 carton code images will be emailed to you in 3 formats – .pdf, .svg, .png.
If you already have an EAN-13 barcode number, please enter it into the “additional information” section of the checkout page. We will use it to create your ITF-14 carton code. If you are purchasing an EAN-13 barcode package at the same time, please enter “n/a” into this section – our system will automatically assign an EAN-13 barcode number to you, and we will use this number to create your ITF-14 carton code.
NOTE ITF-14 barcodes are for use on cartons for shipping, not for retail sale. If your carton is being sold at retail level, you should use an EAN-13 retail barcode on the carton.

QR Code Images
This service is automated so that you will receive your QR code images in minutes. We need the URL or other information you wish encoded into the QR code to do this. Automation cannot make the QR code if you don’t supply it.
Decide how many QR codes you need and add that quantity to the cart. Then, at the checkout page, enter the data or URL you want to be encoded into the “additional information” box, with separate URLs on separate lines. Standard QR codes (Static and Dynamic) are made automatically and emailed to you within minutes. More complex QR codes, such as v-business cards, must be made manually and take 1-12 hours.
The QR code images will be sent to you in 3 formats .pdf, .svg, .png formats.

QR Code Dynamic Hosting Renewal Fee
This is to pay the hosting fee for previously purchased dynamic QR code(s).
A fee of £15 per dynamic QR code every two years.
How to order:
- Work out how many dynamic QR codes you want to renew.
- Add that number to the cart.
- Go to checkout.
- In the ORDER NOTES box on the checkout page, enter the ID keyword for the dynamic QR code(s) you wish to renew.
